I bought a 3CE Waterful conceal from Bugis Street Level 3. Although I knew it not authentic goods but I still ask the sale assistant if it is authentic? The sale assistant replied: Yes!
Back in my mind, I just want to test and see what is the different between authentic and counterfeit.
The authentic 3CE which my relative brought back from Korea.
There are ways to identified authentic and counterfeit goods of 3CE by:
1) Expiry date watermark
2) Security safety seal
3) Fragrance
4) Size

How to determine Expiry date watermark?
Authentic 3CE products comes with an expiry date watermark, as can be seen from the pictures below. To see the watermark, simply put products under the light, you will be able to see the expiry date.
Security Safety seal: Authentic 3CE products come with safety seal sticker usually on the side of the item. Please note that counterfeit come with safety seal as well but the sticker seal is in low quality and not attach neatly .
Fragrance : For lipstick, authentic 3CE should be odourless while fake product have fragrance.
Size: Authentic 3CE product including their lipstick, concealers, lip gloss and lip lacquces do not come in any mini versions. Any mini version set are counterfeit.
Front: Counterfeit 3CE products usually have bigger font size, bold text and bold logo.
There are symptoms that will cause you to feel nausea, headache and dizziness as counterfeit products contained 46 times higher level of copper than the authentic.
